While our team in Papua New Guinea was in heavy preparations for the first milling trip in Kovol, God added a new member to the team. May we introduce Timon Hansen. With 3450g and 51cm he made his entry into this world- perfectly handcrafted by God. We are so excited and thankful for that gift in our family. We also look forward to see how God is going to use Timon with us to reach Kovol people for His Kingdom and further on in live. After a few days of adjusting, his big brother Louis got also excited having a baby brother in the house. He keeps giving him his finger and hugs. =) Right now we are adjusting as a family of four and also preparing the needed paperwork for our return to Papua New Guinea. Hopefully we all can join our awesome hardworking team in a few month!
The first back translation
Translating God's word is a big responsibility. As such accountability to others is very important. Our Bible translation procedure builds in accountability to make sure I'm not the only person who gets to decide that what I have translated is an accurate translation.
